Processing Time Orders typically take 2–7 business days to produce before they are shipped. This is in addition to shipping transit time.
Shipping Times (after production)
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada & International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times may vary during peak seasons (holidays, sales events).
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at [your email address] within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
